Team Member – Bath (New Opening)
Part-time & Full-time | £12.71–£13.50 per hour + tips | 30-40 hours per week depending on personal preference
Pizzarova is opening in Bath this autumn — and we’re building a brand new team from the ground up.
We started out with a single Land Rover and a mobile pizza oven in 2013, and now run four busy pizza shops across Bristol. We focus on sourdough pizza made from scratch, fast-paced service, and a team culture built on honesty, energy and care. No corporate scripts. No divide between front and back of house. Just a crew of good people making great pizza.
We’re looking for friendly, hard-working team members to join our first ever Bath shop. You can apply for full-time or part-time hours — we’re happy to be flexible if you’re the right fit.
About the role
You’ll work across the whole shop — kitchen, pizza line, prep and front of house. Everyone at Pizzarova learns every part of the job, and we support each other to deliver consistent, high-quality food and service.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Stretching dough and building pizzas to our menu spec
- Cooking pizzas in a high-temperature oven
- Taking customer orders and handing over food with confidence
- Keeping the shop clean, safe and well organised
- Helping with food prep, stock rotation and setting up for service
- Communicating clearly and working fast when things get busy
We’re looking for people who enjoy moving at pace, take pride in consistency, and care about the team around them.
What we’re looking for
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in hospitality, kitchen or customer service roles preferred
- Willing to learn and try new things
- Comfortable on your feet and in a busy service environment
- Reliable, respectful and good with people
- Enjoys being part of a team that communicates well and keeps calm under pressure
Training & opening
We’re aiming to open in late August. If you join before opening, you’ll be invited to train in one of our Bristol shops (travel, food covered). You’ll learn the menu, get used to how we run service, and be ready to help launch the new shop.
You’ll also get involved in the opening itself — setting up the space, testing equipment, and making the first pizzas in Bath.
