Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing various vehicles and equipment. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Repair and replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify potential problems
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex issues
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
