Holiday Inn Cardiff North has an exciting opportunity for a CDP to join our team.
Holiday Inn Cardiff North is located just off j32 of the M4 motorway.
The Hotel has 95 bedrooms, 5 modern meeting and conference rooms all with natural daylight, and the capacity to host a banqueting event for up to 150 guests.
The role will report direct to the Head Chef.
Key Duties and Responsibilities are to assist the Head Chef with the overall running of the kitchen, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards.
