Job Introduction
Spire Workplace Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Health Advisor to join our growing remote team.
In this role, you'll deliver high-quality case management and provide expert occupational health advice to a diverse range of clients across the UK, helping to support healthier, happier, and more productive workplaces.

Essential Requirements:

Must be a registered nurse (Occupational Health degree or Diploma is desirable.

Work experience within similar OH role.
-
Obtain a valid Nurses Midwifery Council (NMC) pin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting case management referrals and writing reports.
-
Triaging on the business portal.
-
Ensure client records are kept up to date.
-
Support the clearance of new starter questionnaires.
-
Support line manager in compliance checks and audit, e.g., to ensure SEQHOS standards are always adhered.

Ensure compliance with relevant professional guidelines e.g. NMC Code of Conduct.
