This is an exciting opportunity to work in an established psychological healthcare practice within the private sector. The Purple House Clinic provides psychological assessment and therapy to adults as well as children, adolescents and families. We are a friendly, locally-run, practice, benefiting also from being part of an expanding UK-wide network of Purple House clinics. This post will be based in our clinic in Rugby. The Purple House Clinic, Rugby is managed by two Clinical Directors, Dr Hayley Poole and Dr Rachel Kemp (both Clinical Psychologists). Clinical services are undertaken by a team of Psychologists and other mental health professionals. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Clinical Directors and Associates and undertaking a range of administrative duties including: taking referrals, booking appointments, handling payments and preparing letters and documents. We are looking for applicants who are confident and self-motivated, who enjoy liaising with the general public and who are interested in being part of an environment focused on improving psychological distress. The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role within a health setting and excellent interpersonal skills. A high aptitude for computing is essential, including experience of word processing and using databases.
