Are you an organised administrator with excellent attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment?
We're looking for an Administrator to join our Realisation Team, supporting trade operations across the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, managing multiple priorities and collaborating with colleagues across different countries.
As part of our Operations function, you'll play a key role in ensuring trade transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, helping to support the smooth running of our business across 13 offices throughout the EMEA region.

What you'll be doing
As part of our Realisation Team, you'll:
- Process SAP data relating to trade transactions across our EMEA operations.
- Monitor workloads and deadlines to ensure all transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Support daily and monthly closing activities.
- Communicate with colleagues across LPC and our parent company offices throughout the EMEA region via Microsoft Teams and email.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with internal business processes and controls.
- Develop your knowledge through training and continuously improve the quality and accuracy of your work.
- Learn new processes and systems while contributing to improvements in team efficiency.
- Sort and prepare outgoing mail.
- Carry out additional administrative duties as required.
What we're looking for
Essential
- Previous administrative experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Developing interpersonal skills with the confidence to build positive working relationships.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word.
- A willingness to learn new systems, processes and databases.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to identify and raise issues when required.
Desirable
- Experience using SAP or other accounting software.
- Knowledge of business processes or international trade operations.
- Previous experience working within a professional office environment.

What else should I know?
- This is not a remote position, its Hybrid after probation
- Applicants must be able to commute to our South Woodham Ferrers office.
The location is commutable from Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Chelmsford, and surrounding areas by car, bus, or train.
What are my hours of work?
- Non-peak Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
- Peak (last working day and first 4 working days of the month) Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
