*Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week + Regular Overtime Available. £14.00 per hour. Industrial Weekend Work Paid at Time + 50%*

Valley Cleaning Services Ltd is a well-established, family-run cleaning company with over 20 years of experience delivering specialist cleaning services across the North West.
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly Cleaning Operative to join our growing team. This is not your average cleaning role: No two days are the same, with work ranging from industrial cleaning and builders cleans to contract cleaning and specialist projects.

The Role:
You'll be involved in a wide variety of cleaning services including:
* Industrial cleaning
* Builders & sparkle cleans
* Commercial contract cleaning
* End of tenancy and vacant property cleaning
* Mental health cleaning
* Specialist machine cleaning
* High-level cleaning
* Contract cover and emergency response work
You'll work as part of a supportive team across a range of customer sites throughout Lancashire and the surrounding areas.
What We're Looking For:
Essential-
Previous experience in at least one of the following:
* Industrial Cleaning
* Builders Cleaning
* Commercial/Contract Cleaning
* Full UK Driving Licence (licence must be provided)
* Able to drive to our base near BB5 0RJ Accrington (we're looking for applicants who live within approximately a 15-minute drive)
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Friendly with a positive attitude
* Flexible and willing to work occasional weekends when required
Desirable-
* Experience driving company vans
* IPAF, PASMA or other relevant qualifications
* Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and machinery

Weekend Working-
Some of our contracts operate over weekends.
* Contract cleaning carried out on weekends is paid at the standard hourly rate.
* Industrial, specialist and builders cleaning completed on weekends is paid at Time +50%.
