Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance the visibility and reputation of Study Lane Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, analysing market trends, and promoting our educational support and student recruitment services to prospective students and partners. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth through innovative, data-driven marketing activities. Duties
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with Study Lane Limited’s business objectives to increase brand awareness, attract prospective students, and strengthen market presence.
- Plan, lead, and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and event channels to effectively promote the company’s educational support and student recruitment services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth and improved market positioning.
- Manage marketing projects, budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and brand communications using Microsoft PowerPoint and other marketing tools.
- Collaborate closely with business development and student recruitment teams to develop B2B marketing initiatives, generate leads, and strengthen relationships with educational institutions and strategic partners.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics and key performance indicators, providing insights and implementing data-driven improvements to maximise marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (RQF Level 6 or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in a marketing, communications, or business development role is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive marketing content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for data analysis, reporting, presentations, and documentation.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate colleagues, manage stakeholders, and foster collaboration across departments.
- Sound knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques, particularly within professional or service-based industries.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies, including social media platforms, email marketing, website content management systems (CMS), and marketing analytics software, would be advantageous but is not essential, as training may be provided.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing business needs, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A creative mindset with strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
