Partners In Care (Nottingham) Limited are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Community Carer or Driver Carer. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by supporting them to live independently in their own homes.
As a Community Carer, you will providing essential care and support, including:
- Assisting with personal care
- Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
- Helping with mobility and medication prompts
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Light household tasks
- Cleaning and shopping calls

What We're Looking For
- A caring, patient and respectful nature
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and commitment to making a difference
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential - full training provided
- A driving licence and access to a car is preferred but not essential
- Must be able to work alternate weekends
