Job Summary

Duties
- Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the bar, maintaining cleanliness and organisation
- Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting for new guests
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Keep the bar and dining area clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is required.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests are essential
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
- Proven organisational skills to ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment
- A responsible approach to serving alcohol, adhering to licensing laws and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
