We have been successfully trading for over 15 years, employing over 170 office staff and over 3000 engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. Our digital infrastructure will enable us to become the UK's largest energy installer in the coming years.
Office Scaffolder Responsibilities
- Bring your scaffolding experience to our thriving organisation
- Provide technical assistance to our Installation Teams and Operations Executives
- Provide support to our Scheduling Team to resolve the challenges that our scaffolding partners encounter
- Ensure that all scaffolding meets the need of the installation
- Ensure that scaffolding meets our design requirements and they are inline with TG20 industry standard
- Work alongside our NEP Onboarding Team to provide support with the onboarding of new scaffolding partners
- Work with the Installation Managers on projects and improvement work that enhances the effective execution of installations and improves customer service levels
Office Scaffolder Required Experience
- A minimum of 5 years within the scaffolding industry
- Experience working with the private domestic scaffolding sector
- Experience of solar scaffolding preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills, initiative and attention to detail
- Ability to work within a deadline driven team environment
