What you will do
While undergoing comprehensive training, you will be responsible for delivering sound advice and great service to new and existing customers who wish to arrange their mortgage with Progressive, applying your knowledge of our Lending Policies, procedures and product ranges to deliver robust recommendations and lending decisions, backed up with appropriate documentation.
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for advising on new direct business into the Society, retention of existing borrowers and providing added support to branch management. Communicating effectively is key to the role both with the applicants throughout their mortgage journey and with relevant parties including solicitors, valuers and internal departments, keeping appropriate records. By dealing efficiently with member queries and complaints, you will play your part in maintaining good will and upholding the Society’s reputation for customer service excellence.
Other key duties include carrying out non-regulated/execution only requests, inputting complete and accurate information into our mortgage application system and referring customers for home insurance quotes and life cover as well as undertaking various administrative duties.
