Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Manage bookings and appointments efficiently
Handle customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
Provide exceptional customer service throughout guests’ visit
Administer daily reception tasks and maintain a smooth operation
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in customer service and hospitality
Strong administration skills
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Experience with Premiere Spa software is a bonus
