The Role: Inspection and repair
Location: Trafford Park, Manchester
Salary:
Scales:
Scale 1 £25,000 to £28,500
Salary: £25,000 to £28,500 depending on experience
Realistic annual package: £28,000 to £31,920 including monthly performance bonus when site targets are achieved
Bonus: Monthly performance bonus worth 1% of annual salary when site targets are achieved, equivalent to up to 12% annual bonus
Typical bonus: Currently averaging £265+ per month, per person
Progression: Opportunity to move to the next salary scale after successful completion of probation, normally within 3 months, then annually thereafter subject to attendance, performance, conduct and business requirements
Pension: Company pension through NEST with employer contribution of 3%
Other benefits: Overtime opportunities, full PPE and uniform, free parking, training and long term progression
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm
Holidays: 28 days (bank holidays are a normal working day)

The Role:
· Your role will be to inspect and repair pallets.
· You’ll work on site as part of a high performance, multi-skilled team
· You’ll use automated machinery and hand tools
· Maintaining our high-quality standards is essential at all times.
What do you need to apply?
· Eligibility to work in the UK
· Physically fit and enjoy hands-on work
· Self-motivated to deliver production targets
· Enjoy working as part of a team
· Reliable and enjoy taking responsibility
· Have a labouring background from the construction industry would be advantageous
· No previous experience necessary full training will be provided
