We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our food manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products are manufactured, packaged, and labelled to the highest quality and food safety standards while maintaining full compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with production and technical teams, you will carry out product inspections, monitor production processes, verify specifications, and identify any quality or food safety concerns. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, monitoring critical control points (CCPs), investigating non-conformances, and supporting corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to quality assurance. Experience within a food manufacturing, quality control, or food safety environment is desirable, along with an understanding of food safety standards, product traceability, and quality management systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about food quality, compliance, and continuous improvement to contribute to a high-performing production environment.
This role will support our production operation across daytime and later shift patterns. We are currently recruiting for positions that will provide coverage across both shifts, with final working arrangements to be confirmed based on operational requirements and successful candidates. Flexibility to work varying shift patterns, including a rotating schedule where required, would be advantageous.
