We're looking for a passionate and proactive Regional Marketing Executive to help our practices grow through practical, engaging and effective marketing activity.
This is a hands-on, relationship-led role that sits at the heart of our growth ambitions, based either around Birmingham or Bristol, you'll be supporting practices (exact practices to be confirmed) to attract new patients, strengthen their local reputation and make the most of the marketing opportunities available to them.
The reality of the role
We're entering an exciting period of growth at Todays Dental. As our network of practices continues to expand, we're looking for someone who can build strong relationships, provide practical marketing support and make a genuine impact at practice level.
No two days will be the same. One day you may be supporting an implant campaign, the next helping a practice improve its Google reviews, gathering patient stories, coaching teams on social media activity or analysing campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.

How would you bring the 4Ps to life?
Purpose - Supporting practice growth
You'll work with Practice Experience Managers and practice teams to turn growth plans into practical marketing activity that delivers results. You'll help bring treatment-led, clinician-led and local campaigns to life while identifying opportunities to increase awareness and patient demand.
People - Building trusted relationships
You'll become a key marketing contact for practices within your region, building positive relationships across Operations, practice teams and the wider Marketing & Communications team. You'll provide guidance, resources and support that helps teams feel confident and engaged with marketing activity.
Patients - Creating meaningful engagement
You'll support campaigns and content that attract new patients, nurture existing relationships and enhance the patient journey. From patient stories and community engagement to reputation-building and social media activity, you'll help practices connect with their local communities.
Profit - Driving sustainable growth
You'll use marketing insight, campaign results and practice feedback to identify what works best, helping drive growth through effective local marketing activity, increased visibility and stronger patient engagement.

Regional Marketing Executive

Purpose of the Role
The Regional Marketing Executive helps our practices grow by turning marketing plans into practical, engaging and measurable activity.
Working closely with the Operations, Practice Experience Managers, clinicians and the wider Marketing & Communications team, this role supports practices to attract new patients, nurture existing patients, improve local visibility and build strong reputations in their communities.
This is a hands-on, relationship-led role. It needs someone who can make marketing feel helpful and achievable for busy practice teams - supporting campaigns, content, social media, Google reviews, local visibility, treatment promotion and the marketing basics that help practices grow.
The role supports the practice demand generation and growth side of the Marketing & Communications function, which sits at the heart of Todays Dental’s growth ambitions.
Role summary
As Regional Marketing Executive, you will be a key point of contact for a group of practices within your region, supporting them with their marketing activity in line with practice growth plans.
You’ll help practices bring campaigns to life, create and coordinate content, support local reputation-building, encourage consistent use of marketing channels, and feed practice insight back into the regional and central Marketing & Communications team.
You’ll work as part of a regional team led by the CEO, alongside other Regional Marketing Executives and Design and Marketing support.

Purpose – Supporting practices to bring growth plans to life
- Work with Practice Experience Managers and practice teams to turn growth plans into practical, effective marketing activity.
- Support treatment-led, clinician-led and local campaigns that drive awareness and growth.
- Help practices understand and engage with marketing activity, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Identify local growth opportunities and share insights, feedback and learnings across the region.
People – Building relationships and helping practices feel supported
- Build trusted relationships with Practice Experience Managers, clinicians, practice teams, Operations and the Practice Support Centre.
- Provide practical marketing support, guidance, resources and campaign materials to practices.
- Encourage sharing of patient stories, reviews, team achievements and community involvement.
- Collaborate with the Design and Marketing Assistant and wider M&C team, role-modelling the Todays Dental culture and values.
Patients – Creating marketing that supports the patient journey
- Deliver campaigns that attract new patients, engage existing patients and promote key treatments.
- Support local content, online presence, patient communications and community engagement activities.
- Help practices strengthen their reputation through reviews, feedback and patient-focused content.
- Ensure marketing activity supports the patient journey from awareness through to enquiry and conversion.
Profit – Using insight to improve activity and outcomes
- Monitor campaign activity and support reporting on results, learnings and next steps.
- Help track key indicators such as campaign engagement, lead activity, reviews, local visibility and practice participation.
- Use data and feedback to recommend improvements to campaign activity.
- Share examples of what is working well so successful activity can be repeated or scaled.
- Keep activity focused on the area’s most likely to support practice growth.
- Support the CEO with updates on progress, risks and opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Practice marketing support
- Act as a regular marketing contact for allocated practices within the region.
- Support practices in implementing marketing activity aligned to their growth plans.
- Help practices use marketing resources, templates and campaign toolkits confidently.
- Support Practice Experience Managers and practice teams with local marketing advice and guidance.
- Help practices identify opportunities to improve local visibility, patient engagement and reputation.
Campaign delivery
- Support the planning and delivery of regional and practice-level campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign activity across audiences, messages, channels, assets and timelines.
- Support treatment campaigns such as implants, orthodontics, composite bonding, hygiene, whitening, membership plans and other agreed growth areas.
- Work with the Design and Marketing Assistant to brief and produce campaign assets.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on brand, on tone and with clear objectives.
- Review campaign performance and share recommendations with Operations, Practice Experience Managers and CEO.
Content, social and local visibility
- Support practices with social media planning, content prompts and campaign content.
- Identify and gather local stories, team updates, patient journeys, clinician profiles and community moments.
- Support improvements to Google Business Profiles, local SEO, online listings and review activity.
- Help practices make better use of organic marketing channels including social media, websites, email and local community opportunities.
- Support practice website and content updates where relevant, working with the wider M&C team.
Practice engagement and education
- Help practices understand how marketing activity supports growth and patient experience.
- Support training, lunch and learns, guides, templates and practical demonstrations where needed.
- Encourage practice teams to take ownership of their local marketing activity.
- Share best practice across practices so teams can learn from each other.
- Support onboarding of new practices from a marketing and communications perspective where required.
Measurement and reporting
- Support the CEO with regional marketing reporting.
- Track activity, progress, actions and outcomes across allocated practices.
- Monitor practice engagement with marketing campaigns and resources.
- Use insight to identify where practices may need more support.
- Share learnings and improvement ideas with the regional and wider M&C team.

Skills, experience and competencies
Knowledge and technical skills
- Good understanding of marketing campaigns, content, social media, local marketing and performance reporting.
- Confident creating, coordinating and supporting campaign content, with the ability to write clearly for different audiences, including patients and practice teams.
- Comfortable using data, feedback and reporting to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple practices, priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Able to brief design and content requirements clearly, with knowledge of websites, Google Business Profiles, local SEO, review generation and email marketing being advantageous.

- Marketing qualification or willingness to work towards one.
Additional information
- Travel to practices will be required, so the role holder must be willing and able to visit practice teams regularly.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car may be required depending on region and travel expectations.

Pay: £31,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
