We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients and assist healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care. Your duties will include personal care, monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and ensuring a comfortable environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and assistance to patients with daily activities.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist patients with mobility, including transferring and repositioning.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a healthcare assistant or in a similar role.
• Relevant certification or training (e.g., Manual Handling,Medication).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
