We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to join a high-end residential project in Islington.
The role will primarily involve 2nd fix carpentry, including fitting doors, locks, ironmongery and other finishing works to a high standard. Attention to detail and experience working on high-end residential projects are essential.
Duration: Approximately 2 months
Potential for ongoing work: There is an opportunity for continued work on future high-end residential projects, subject to performance and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in 2nd fix carpentry
- Experience fitting doors, locks and ironmongery
- Previous experience working on high-end residential projects preferred
- Relevant carpentry qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)
- Valid CSCS card (Blue or Gold preferred)
- Ability to work accurately from drawings and specifications
- Own tools and PPE
- High level of attention to detail
- Reliable, professional and able to work to a high standard

- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (8 hours paid)

- Further work: Potential continuation onto future high-end residential sites depending on performance
