Hours: 44 hours per week, 4 days over 7

This role is based on-site at Langdale Hotel and Spa, Ambleside, LA22 9JD.
Role Summary
Night Porters are responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for guests, coordinating support for residents throughout the night and responding to any emergencies that may arise in a calm and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Night Porter to join the Estate Night Team who, under the guidance of the Night Manager, are responsible for smooth operation and security of the Estate.
Deliver exceptional overnight guest service, responding promptly to requests, enquiries and issues while ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Support the smooth operation of the Estate during the night, assisting with a variety of operational matters and resolving issues independently where appropriate.
Prepare conference, meeting and event spaces to guest specifications, ensuring all rooms are presented to the highest standard and ready for use.
Carry out night audits, security patrols and safety checks across the Estate, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff and property.
Provide overnight hospitality support, including serving refreshments, assisting with arrivals and departures, and maintaining the presentation of public areas.
Act as the company's primary point of contact during the night shift, maintaining a professional and presentable appearance at all times to uphold the company's standards and image.
