Job Title: Trainee / Apprentice Engineer:
A Mini Crane Hire Company Limited, who specialise in Mini Cranes, Cranes, Glazing Robots and bespoke engineering projects are looking to recruit a Trainee / Apprentice Engineer based at our depot in Heathrow:
Salary: £26,500k-£30,000k
Location: TW46HB
Duties will include:
Working within a team carrying out all manner of workshop duties.
· Working in a safe manner and have a proactive approach to all safety issues.
· Learning to maintain and repair our fleet of lifting equipment to ensure that it is fit for hire, aswell as customers own equipment.
· In time to come you may have the opportunity to respond to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimise disruption.
· Working in a proactive way to continually improve technical knowledge and improve process.
· Working within the established maintenance programme and maintaining detailed maintenance records so that recurring problems with machinery equipment, or parts can be identified and addressed.
· Maintaining tools and repair equipment in good working order.
· Conducting regular inspections to ensure hire fleet is always available
* This would be a depot based role to start with and then progress to a responding to sites etc.
*The role would be based on Monday - Friday 8am till 5pm.
* There is plenty of opportunity for overtime (which is paid at 1.5)
