Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, punctual and professional self-employed Taxi Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our customers. We supply the vehicle and cover the running costs, maintenance and repairs. We also provide school contracts for the council - these are paid at £12 per hour.
Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time work we have positions available to suit everyone. This can either be just school runs or general taxi work or both. Get in touch and we can review hours suited to you. Any applicants must be 21 or over for insurance purposes.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a pleasant journey experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle at all times
- Conduct commercial driving duties in adherence to road safety regulations
- Assist with heavy lifting of luggage as required
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in a similar driving role (not required but beneficial)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times
- Taxi badge preffered but we can assist you with the application for this
