Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by maintaining a vigilant environment
- Engage children in creative play, reading, and learning exercises to stimulate their curiosity and growth
- Help with meal times, snacks, and maintaining hygiene standards in accordance with health guidelines
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences
Skills
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Excellent communication skills in Welsh or Bilingual
- Ability to drive safely and responsibly, with a valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience in teaching, nannying, or childcare roles demonstrating patience and adaptability
- Knowledge of safety protocols, health standards, and emergency procedures in childcare settings
- Passionate about nurturing children’s growth through engaging teaching methods and caring interactions
