- 3 x Full-Time Carers (Driver required)
About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to join our friendly and established domiciliary care team. You will be providing personal care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity.
No previous experience is required – full, paid training will be provided.
Pay and Benefits
- £14.00 per hour – Monday to Friday
- £14.50 per hour – Weekends
- £16.50 per hour – Bank Holidays
- £22.50 per hour - Xmas Day
- + £0.50 per hour travel allowance (paid on top of hourly rate)

Shift Patterns
Various shift options available to suit different lifestyles:
- Morning: 7:00am – 11:00am
- Lunch: 11:00am – 2:30pm
- Tea & Bed: 3:30pm – 9:30pm
Please note start and finish times may vary dependent on clients and runs.
You will be required to work alternate weekends.
Please note: we are unable to offer strictly school hours or weekdays only.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, your duties may include:
- Assisting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting with meal preparation and medication prompts
- Helping with mobility and daily routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Light household tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping)
- Recording care visits accurately using electronic systems
- Reporting any concerns to your supervisor
Requirements
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Must live within easy reach of Stowmarket and surrounding areas
- Reliable, trustworthy, and caring nature essential
- Right to work in the UK – we are not able to offer sponsorship at this time
