Client Care Manager
We are a CQC rated “Outstanding” Home Care provider, looking for maternity cover for our “Client Care Manager”.
The Client Care Manager is the first point of contact people usually have with us, so the role is vital for managing service user experience.
The role will be to manage the relationships, anticipate needs and provide an “Outstanding” service to existing and future service users.
Our aim is to be the most reputable care provider in the UK, and this role is pivotal for that.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Full UK driving license and access to your own car (Essential)
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferable)
- Monday to Friday working 9am to 5pm - you will be required to be on call 1 week in every 4.
- Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business
Job Description
- Carry out initial assessments for new service users
- Carry out reviews and any other service user faced interaction, as required
- To carry out relevant audits, with a view to maintaining service user satisfaction with Blue Ribbon service delivery
- Compiling rotas for care workers
- Assigning care workers to service users, whilst working within our standards
- Understanding, organising and recording the availability of all new care workers
- Working closely and communicating with other members of the team, professional bodies and family members to ensure the highest quality of care
- Accepting, allocating and processing referrals for new care packages
- Accepting and processing changes and amendments to existing care packages
- Work with the management team to answer all inbound queries
- Responsible for data entry relating to service user assessments as well as journalling event
- To deliver personal care to vulnerable adults, should the need arise,
- To work with the Blue Ribbon management team to ensure that our delivery remains “Outstanding”.

This role includes one week in four, holding the on-call phone. This means answering any inbound queries out of hours from 07.00 – 09.00 & 17.00 – 22.00 Monday to Friday and 07.00 – 22.00 over weekends. This is a requirement of the role.
This role will be advertised until 21 July.
Pay: £25,746.00 per year
