Job Summary
Looking for a electrician with experience with rewires, new builds, commercial offices and testing.
Pay will reflect experience.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Follow blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical codes to ensure accurate installations.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including repairs, upgrades, and inspections.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within safety standards.
- Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to electrical emergencies or system failures to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Qualifications to prove level of competency
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and work at heights or in confined spaces when necessary.
Pay: £37,282.16-£62,000.00 per year
