Why This Role Matters
As part of the EMEA IT Retail team, you’ll help develop, improve and support the technology behind our retail business and franchise partners. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is at the heart of this role, alongside software development, integrations, data, automation and modern Microsoft technologies.
This is an opportunity for an experienced technology professional who enjoys solving problems, developing solutions and exploring new technologies, including AI, in an international environment.
What You’ll Do
Develop, configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, working with business users and franchise partners.
Investigate technical issues, identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
Work across Business Central, development languages, SQL, Power Platform, Power BI, web technologies and PowerShell.
Contribute throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, from requirements and development through testing, deployment, continuous improvement and Agile/Scrum methodology.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across EMEA to deliver projects and standardise solutions.
Explore AI and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for smarter, more efficient retail solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Strong practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential, including administration, configuration and troubleshooting. Business Central Online, APIs, integrations and AL development are highly desirable.
Proven software development/programming experience with the ability to understand and maintain technical solutions.
Strong knowledge of SQL and databases, ideally including Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, with an understanding of system architecture and integrations.
Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python and PowerShell/scripting.
Genuine interest in IT development, AI and emerging technologies, with the curiosity to learn and improve how technology supports the business.
Analytical, collaborative and confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English and willingness to travel within EMEA are required.
