About the role
At BBuona, everyone works together.
This isn't a role where you'll only work in the kitchen or only serve customers. We believe the best restaurants are built by teams who support each other, learn new skills, and aren't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed.
On any given shift, you might:
- Welcome customers with a smile and create a great first impression.
- Take orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Prepare drinks, coffees, and food.
- Learn how to make authentic Roman pinsa using our recipes and techniques.
- Prepare fresh ingredients and support food preparation.
- Keep the restaurant clean, organised, and ready for service.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Work together with your teammates to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Who we're looking for

Previous hospitality experience is welcome, but it isn't essential. Full training will be provided.
