Mealey Electrical Contractors Ltd is a well-established electrical contractor seeking an experienced electrical estimator to support the current estimating team and the MD in the continued growth of the business. We design, install, maintain, and test electrical installations, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, BMS control systems, and structured wiring for a broad range of clients.
Providing a comprehensive service from conception through to completion, we utilise high-quality products and first-class engineers. The company is a NICEIC-approved electrical contractor, EXOR Management accredited, and a member of Constructionline. We hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR
- Demonstrable relevant experience in an electrical installation environment
- Strong organisational skills with a demonstrable track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Have completed a recognised apprenticeship such as 2361 City and Guilds or similar. 2391 City and -Guilds in inspection and testing would also be advantageous.
- The ability to build relationships with a broad range of people including customers and the current electrical team
- Good numerical skills
- Computer literate
- Accurate and precise
- Self-motivated with the ability to work using your own initiative
- Full driving licence
- Punctual, enthusiastic, adaptable, willing to learn, and friendly.
- Work under pressure, and to a target.
- Must be a team Player.
