Mayday Office Equipment Ltd are looking to recruit a Trainee Photocopier Connectivity Engineer, based in Norfolk to join their expanding team.
The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team with excellent customer service skills and able to provide customers with the IT support and installation of Multi-functional Equipment to the highest level.
Full driving licence is essential.
Hours: Mon - Fri - 8.45am - 5.00pm (37 1/4 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- To attend technical calls of multi-functional devices, support customers with setup of copier features like, printing, scanning, booklets etc.
- To attend customer sites to install upgraded or refurbished multi-functional devices.
- Provide remote IT support for multi-functional devices when required.
- Preparation and set up of new multi-functional devices.
Experience/Requirements
- Full training will be provided.
- Experience in computer networking would be an advantage but not essential.
- Although part of a team, can work independently.
- Able to demonstrate fault finding skills.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Self-motivated and well organised with highly developed customer care skills.
- Fast and keen self-learner.
- Genuine Interest in IT
