We’re looking for experienced bar staff and waiters to join our vibrant team at The Ritz Showbar & Restaurant - a new bar, restaurant, and function suite in Hull! Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally Handle customer queries and requests with a positive attitude Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar/waiting area Assist with event set-up and service in the function suite Uphold high standards in the workplace
Requirements:
- Preferred 2 years’ experience working as bar staff or waiter in a busy bar or restaurant Personal license holders preferred (or willing to obtain) Strong knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and food service A friendly and engaging personality, with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service Ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy times as well as working well in a team. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and events
