About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive ECO4 Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong technical knowledge of ECO4 measures and property assessments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from initial property review through to installation and submission. They will be responsible for carrying out pre-checks, identifying suitable energy efficiency measures, coordinating surveys, managing installations, and ensuring projects progress efficiently through the ECO4 process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial property pre-checks and review eligibility.
- Assess properties and determine appropriate ECO4 measures.
- Identify installation requirements and recommend suitable measures including:
- Loft Insulation
- Cavity Wall Insulation
- Internal Wall Insulation (IWI)
- External Wall Insulation (EWI)
- Room-in-Roof Insulation (RIR)
- Schedule and coordinate site surveys and assessments.
- Review survey results and assist in developing project delivery plans.
- Coordinate installers, surveyors, assessors, and operational teams.
- Schedule installation teams and manage project timelines.
- Liaise directly with customers throughout the installation process.
- Collect, review, and manage site photographs and supporting evidence.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Ensure jobs are completed in line with ECO4 compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Support submission processes and liaise with compliance teams where required.
Essential Requirements
- Previous ECO4 industry experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of ECO4 funding requirements and processes.
- Proven knowledge of insulation measures including Loft, Cavity, IWI, EWI, and RIR.
- Experience assessing properties and determining suitable retrofit measures.
- Ability to interpret property information and make informed recommendations.
- Experience coordinating surveys, installations, and operational activities.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with ECO4 submissions and compliance processes.
- Experience working with retrofit assessors and coordinators work.
- Knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 requirements.
- Experience using ECO4 CRM and project management systems.
