We are seeking a Head of EVI Programme Management Office (PMO) to play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive, leadership, and management teams. You will lead Trust-wide change initiatives designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our services, ultimately benefiting both patients and staff.

The post holder will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the success of the Efficiency, Value, and Improvement (EVI) PMO by supporting and facilitating multiple high-priority programmes and projects simultaneously.
They will ensure that all initiatives are delivered at pace while embedding sustainable change across the Trust. Operating with significant autonomy, the post holder will act as a key partner to the Executive Directors, senior clinicians, operational managers, and a range of internal and external stakeholders. Their ability to influence and lead at all levels of the Trust will be critical to the success of this role.
