TPS are looking for an experienced trades person that has worked in Social Housing sector. Are you committed to putting the customer at the heart of what you do? We are looking for a enthusiastic Multi Skilled Operative that wants to provide high quality work to support our business and its values.
Multi Skilled Operatives will receive:
- £35k annually
- 40 hour week
- 20 days holiday a year + BH’s
- Van, Fuel Card & Uniform
- Length of Service Bonus

The Role of a Multi Skilled Operative:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to work in and around Bristol covering various social housing contracts. They will need to have a good range of skills, such as general plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting. It is key that they can complete a variety of tasks to ensure that repairs/orders can be completed in a single visit.
- NVQ 2, NVQ 3, City & Guilds in Carpentry or multi skilled.
- Current Health & Safety Training certificates (including, but not limited to, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling & Risk Assessments)
- An understanding and be able to use effectively (after training) equipment and processes which may be reasonably required by the Company
- Recent experience working in social housing
- Experience and a passion for delivering high quality services to a diverse range of customers
- A clean driving licence

We are a SME Business working in social housing and public sector building maintenance. We mainly work with Local Authorities and Housing Association landlords to build, maintain and renew the homes, properties and public buildings in their care by delivering the highest standards of work in the most efficient manner possible, reliably, on budget and as specified. Communication is our foundation and we pride ourselves on our interaction with the client and the tenants living within the properties to make sure all parties are kept up to date with works being carried out and also programme.
A van will be provided and a clean driving license is required.
Hours of work are 8am until 4:30pm
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
