As a Support Worker, you will:
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Support individuals with complex and enhanced mental health needs
- Safely and confidently manage behaviours that may challenge, including forensic-related behaviours
- Encourage independence through a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach
- Support individuals in developing everyday living skills within a safe and structured environment
Flexible working patterns are available, including:

- Part-time hours
- Bank shifts
This service supports individuals transitioning from long-term secure placements, rehabilitation settings, and forensic environments. For many people, this will be an important step towards semi-independent living and rebuilding confidence within the community.

- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards this
- Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge
