Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Manage reservation bookings through phone calls and waitlists efficiently using our reservation system.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimise flow and guest satisfaction.
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Assist guests with inquiries about the venue, menu options, or event details.
- Maintain a clean and organised host stand area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is a plus.
- Experience in guest services, serving, or customer relations enhances your suitability for this role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain energetic throughout shifts; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay: £25,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
