Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to support inventory planning, stock control, and supply-chain operations. You will analyse inventory data, monitor stock levels, identify trends, and work with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and commercial teams to maintain healthy inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and product availability across locations.
- Analyse inventory data to identify trends, shortages, excess stock, and potential risks.
- Prepare regular inventory reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
- Support replenishment planning and provide recommendations on purchasing requirements.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and work with warehouse teams to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to improve stock availability.
- Track inventory performance and identify opportunities to reduce carrying costs and waste.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in inventory, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, operations, or data analysis is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of inventory control, stock management, or supply-chain processes.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and analysing large sets of data.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different teams.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, organised, and willing to learn and develop professionally.
Pay: £3,000.00-£4,000.00 per month
