My client is recruiting for a commercial litigation solicitor to work with a well-established and highly regarded Dispute Resolution team, currently seeking a talented Associate Solicitor with 3 years+ post-qualification experience to join their thriving department.

This role offers a broad scope of high-value commercial dispute work, with a particular emphasis on technology. You’ll be involved in some of the most cutting-edge legal matters in the tech space, collaborating closely with specialists technology and crypto asset disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of commercial disputes from inception to resolution
Acting on complex and high-value technology matters
Drafting key legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements
Advising clients on legal strategy and maintaining clear communication
Leading or supporting in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation
Collaborating with partners, directors, and senior lawyers across the firm
Supporting business development initiatives and representing the firm
Keeping up to date with evolving case law, regulatory updates, and trends
Required:
Qualified solicitor minimum of 3 years PQE in dispute resolution
Experience or a keen interest in technology-related disputes
Strong drafting, negotiation, and case strategy skills
Able to manage matters autonomously and juggle multiple deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and client management abilities
Commercially aware and interested in growing client relationships
