Job Summary:
Doyum Food Production & Catering Ltd is seeking a Food Production Supervisor to oversee daily food production operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys leading production teams, improving operational processes, and ensuring products are prepared and delivered to the highest standards. You'll play a key role in supporting production targets and delivering quality food products for our customers.
What you'll do:
- Supervise daily food production and catering operations.
- Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow to meet operational targets.
- Monitor food quality, consistency, and production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and health and safety standards.
- Work closely with production, kitchen, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ingredient management.
- Support equipment maintenance and ensure production areas remain clean and organised.
- Prepare production reports and operational performance updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Promote a positive, safe, and collaborative working environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in food production, catering, manufacturing, hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and production processes.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
- Positive attitude with a passion for food production and teamwork.

Pay: £3,500.00-£4,900.00 per month
