About Us
We are a multi-disciplined, chartered construction company delivering high-quality works across the residential sector. Our services include full property renovations, gas and heating systems, electrical installations, renewable energy solutions, including air source heat pumps and solar PV/battery storage, and general maintenance.
Following the award of a couple of major contracts, we are looking for experienced Painters to join our team on a self-employed basis to support a large-scale programme of works within void properties.
Role includes:
- Internal painting and decorating of void properties
- Surface preparation including filling, sanding, and making good
- Applying emulsion, gloss, and other coatings as required
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Travelling between various properties
Requirements:
- Proven experience in painting and decorating
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Own vehicle (essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
