Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Practice Surveyor - Partner Designate to join our professional team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills to take on a leadership position within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial property sales & lettings, property valuations, lease and rent review negotiations, and client relationships, contributing to the growth and success of our practice. A comprehensive understanding of the property market, excellent IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and driving capability are essential for this position. The role is salaried and suitable for an ambitious professional looking to progress into partnership.
Responsibilities
- Prepare marketing reports and particulars, managing viewings and negotiating with interested parties preparing heads of terms, instructing solicitors and driving sale and letting completions.
- Conduct detailed property analysis and valuations to support client decisions and organisational objectives.
- Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews with tenants and landlords.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders through effective communication and customer service.
- Prepare comprehensive reports using IT tools such as Microsoft office and other relevant software platforms.
- Organise and prioritise workload efficiently to meet deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Assist in business development activities by identifying new opportunities within the property market.
- Drive to various client sites as required to facilitate inspections, negotiations, or meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Practice Surveyor or similar role within the property sector.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools relevant to property management and analysis.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driving licence with the willingness to travel between locations as necessary.
- Customer service orientation with a professional approach towards clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
