The Role
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. You will be supported by a dedicated Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to help manage treatment plans and patient financing, enabling you to focus on delivering excellent clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality dental care to a predominantly private patient base.
- Provide short-term orthodontic treatments (clear aligners and/or fixed appliances).
- Provide cosmetic dentistry (experience in composite bonding highly desirable).
- Work with our TCO, Pearl AI diagnostics, Chairsyde patient communication software and visual aids to ensure patients understand and feel engaged in their treatment.
- Contribute to our culture of continual improvement and excellent patient experience.
About You
- GDC registered and eligible to work in the UK.
- Experience in short-term orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry.
- A strong focus on patient communication and ethical care.
- Comfortable using modern digital dentistry systems.
- Friendly, professional and committed to growing with the practice.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £80,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
