We are looking to immediately hire a GENERAL MANAGER with suitable experience in very busy restaurant environments for-
'Babs 49 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PT

We are looking for highly driven individuals with exceptional customer service and people management skills to apply.
Roles and responsibilities include-
- Opening and closing procedures including cash up
- Hands on shift and labour management (rota ready)
- Stock ordering/ processing and control (Procure wizard)
- Training and development of FOH staff and management team
- Management of FOH and kitchen teams
- Key holder responsibilities
- Working approximately 40-45 hours a week, over 5 days
- Rotas, sales forecasts and weekly reporting

Starting rate of pay, £15 per hour to be discussed at interview, plus approximately £6 per hour in tips and service charge, paid fortnightly.
