Salary: £29,512 – £31,482 PLUS uplift for weekends, bank holidays, sleep ins and on call.
Job Type: Full-time | 40 hours per week | plus an average of 2 sleep-ins per week which includes a 48 hour shift pattern.

The role
You’ll be part of a supportive, experienced team providing consistent, compassionate care to young people aged 7–17 with social and emotional mental health (SEMH) needs.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

What we’re looking for
Ideally you will have experience supporting children, young people or vulnerable individuals in a care, support or education setting, however, this is not essential so please apply if you feel you have the desire and skills for the role.
You’ll need:
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
- Emotional resilience, curiosity and kindness
- The ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
