Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE)

They are now welcoming applications from enthusiastic candidates to join their team in Malvern as a Registered Manager for their Intake & Assessment Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operation of the service, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations.
- Managing planned and emergency admissions.
- Coordinating bridging placements.
- Delivering individualised daily programmes to promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Leading, supporting, and motivating a skilled staff team to provide the highest standard of care.

Essential Requirements
- Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a residential childcare role, including 1 year in a supervisory position within the last 5 years.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) required.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare preferred — must be enrolled within 6 months if not already achieved.
- Strong knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, safeguarding legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Competence in planning, organisation, budget management, and team leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice and experience supporting children with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties.
- Full UK driving licence required.
