A role built around consistency and local working
Early shifts focus on helping people begin their day safely and comfortably.
With regular rounds and well-planned routes, you won’t be travelling across unfamiliar areas — most days stay within the same local community.

Where you’ll be working
You’ll be supporting customers within your local community, with routes carefully planned to keep travel time low and visits close together. We cover both East & Mid Devon.
Most shifts stay within one area, with only occasional support in nearby locations if needed.
