About Us
Hamro Sansar is an ambitious and growing supported living provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and other complex needs.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an exceptional and experienced manager to lead the development of our supported living services from the ground up.
Our directors are fully hands-on and genuinely supportive. We believe in working together as a team, providing guidance and resources whenever needed, while also trusting our managers to take ownership of their role and lead with confidence.
The Role
This is not a standard management position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building services, enjoys overcoming challenges, and has the experience and confidence to establish high-quality supported living services.
You will lead the operational setup, develop strong relationships with Local Authorities and commissioners, prepare services for CQC registration and inspection, and help grow the organisation through excellent leadership and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who has:
- Proven experience setting up new Supported Living services.
- Extensive knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
- Strong relationships with Local Authorities, commissioners, social workers, and healthcare professionals.
- Experience securing referrals and developing new business opportunities.
- Excellent leadership and staff management skills.
- Confidence to make decisions independently while knowing when to seek support.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and growth of Supported Living services.
- Prepare and maintain CQC compliance.
- Develop policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with Local Authorities and commissioners.
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop staff teams.
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and person-centred support.
- Drive service quality, occupancy, and business growth.
- Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, independence, and outcomes.
