East Village Dental has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced dental Practice Manager to join our growing, friendly team.
Practice Manager main responsibilities:
- Managing the patient journey from initial query to treatment completion delivered through a reception and clinical team with outstanding standards.
- Responsible for all procedures and processes to be in place, ensuring the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines.
- Manage a full team of employed colleagues and support and offer direction for self-employed clinicians.
- Ensure staff comply with policies and procedures.
- Drive performance by delivering objectives relating to KPI's and cost management.
- Proactively promote your practice to drive patient numbers.
Pay: £40,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater London Region: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Dental Practice Management: 2 years (preferred)
