Overview
We are seeking for our new lounge/ restaurant experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team With at list 3 years experience in a restaurant/ coffee shop environment
you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a memorable experience. You will be responsible for various tasks, including serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall operations of our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during busy periods.
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Previous barista experience is advantageous for handling coffee and beverage preparation.
- Experience in serving food in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Basic food preparation skills to assist in kitchen operations when necessary.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.75-£13.00 per hour
