As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and operational delivery of Cornhill Market, Greetwell Place and The Terrace, ensuring they are successful, customer-focused and financially sustainable.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, driving occupancy, income generation and customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of compliance and operational performance.
We are looking for someone who can combine strong commercial awareness with excellent leadership and relationship management skills.

Key responsibilities include:
- Driving commercial performance, occupancy and income growth across all sites.
- Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing team.
- Building strong relationships with tenants, traders, partners and stakeholders.
- Managing budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Overseeing marketing, events and promotional activity to increase footfall and support business growth.
- Ensuring sites are safe, compliant and well maintained.
- Supporting business attraction, retention and growth across the portfolio.
- Identifying and delivering new commercial opportunities that contribute to long-term sustainability.
You will have:
- Experience of managing commercial operations, property, markets, workspaces or similar environments.
- A strong track record of delivering income growth and achieving financial targets.
- Experience of leading and developing successful teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A customer-focused and commercially driven approach.
- Experience managing budgets and analysing performance data to inform decision-making.
- The ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver results.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a commercial, business related field.
