Help Us Build a Future Where No Family Faces Childhood Cancer Alone
At the Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust, we provide vital support to families affected by childhood cancer, raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of childhood cancer, and fund research into rare and aggressive childhood cancers.
As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we're looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven professional to help us build sustainable, diversified income streams that will enable us to increase our impact and reach even more families. We are transforming the way we generate income by focusing on long-term partnerships, smarter use of data and technology, and sustainable fundraising models that maximise impact whilst protecting team capacity. This role will play a key part in helping us achieve that vision.
We're looking for someone who can spot opportunities, build meaningful partnerships, develop long-term supporter relationships and help shape the future of income generation across the charity.
The Opportunity
As our Regional Partnerships & Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable income growth through:
- Corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
- Payroll Giving and employee engagement programmes
- Strategic trusts and grants oversight
- Regular Giving growth and supporter development
- Regional relationship building and network development
- Pipeline management, forecasting and income planning
- Lead and develop our Charity Fundraiser, providing coaching, mentoring and support to build a high-performing fundraising function capable of delivering sustainable long-term growth.
As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play an active role in the strategic leadership of the charity, helping to shape organisational priorities, champion collaboration and contribute to future growth.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in business development, account management, fundraising or partnership development
- A track record of securing income, sponsorship, partnerships or commercial opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Experience managing pipelines and using CRM systems effectively
- A collaborative and proactive approach with a focus on finding solutions
- The ability to turn opportunities into long-term relationships
Whether your background is in charity fundraising, commercial partnerships, sales, account management or business development, we are interested in people who can build relationships, create opportunities and deliver sustainable growth.
Why Join Us?
This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-led charity at a pivotal stage in its development. You'll have the opportunity to shape and influence the future direction of fundraising, partnerships and sustainable income growth across the charity.
You'll be joining a collaborative and ambitious team that believes in:
- Working smarter, together
- Building sustainable growth
- Developing strong partnerships
- Using data and insight to make informed decisions
- Creating a positive and supportive culture
